I'm not receiving your emails / Emails are going to my spam folder

You’ll need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive updates from us, as well as receive emails for any products or services you purchase!

Some email service providers may block our emails, or send them to your spam folder for you to sort through later.

To avoid this problem, please follow our whitelisting instructions at the link below:

Gmail

For Gmail users, follow these instructions :

1) In your inbox, locate an email from info@spirepoint.com, info@paulblacquiere.com, etc.  For example, a thank you email for a product or service you just purchased.

2) Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.

3) Click the 'Yes' link when prompted to do the same for future emails

4) You’ll see that our emails will go to your primary folder in the future!

 

Yahoo, AOL, and others

For other email service providers such as Yahoo, AOL, etc., please add us as a contact in your address book.
