Order receipts are emailed for each initial purchase made with your credit card. Be sure to check your spam folder for missing emails.
For example, if you order a product and take advantage of 2 special offers at the same time, there will be a total of 3 separate charges on your card - the initial order + 2 special offers.
Order receipts for rebills on payment plans and membership fees are only available inside the members area.
You can login to the members area and download PDF receipts or invoices at any time under My Account->Account Details->Orders
If you can't find an email receipt or access the PDF receipts in the members area, please contact support.
